Brooks Instrument offers native EtherNet/IP connectivity across the SLA5800 Series and SLAMf Series mass flow controllers and meters, as well as the BCU Series clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter.

- EtherNet/IP™ is fully integrated into SLA5800 and SLAMf mass flow controllers and meters, as well as the BCU clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter. No external gateway or add-on adapter is required.
- Compatible with leading automation platforms, including Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley), Emerson DeltaV, Siemens and other distributed control systems (DCS)
- An enhanced device profile enabled in the SLA Series EDS file unlocks advanced features to facilitate setup, commissioning and integration of the MFC into the Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley) DCS.
- Advanced diagnostics, alarms, and real-time device data help support predictive maintenance, improve uptime, and increase overall process flexibility.
- Brooks Instrument communication capabilities and device profiles are certified by ODVA and validated with the ITK (Interoperability Test Kit).
- Embedded web-based interfaces support faster configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
