Brooks Calibration Application Tool (BCAT)

BCAT is a stand-alone desktop application designed to manage servicing tasks on the GC Series mass flow controller that includes setup, data logging, gas factor selection, response tuning and with a license, verification and calibration. It supports high-volume OEM use with essential functionality for setup and integration. To request a license key for verification and calibration functionality, contact our Technical Support team.

To use the BCAT software you will need a PC loaded with the latest version of the software and a BCAT adapter, part number 778Z024AAA, listed in the GC Series data sheet and BCAT manual.
